Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort Disney Springs Resort Area, Lake Buena Vista

Our stay had its ups and downs. While we enjoyed the staff's friendliness and prompt check-in, we faced issues like lack of hot water for our shower and uncomfortable situations during the sales pitch for timeshares. The hotel's location is convenient for theme park access, but the amenities left a bit to be desired. We loved the pool area but were disappointed with how the sales process impacted our vacation experience.
